\r\n Question Aggressive Puppy\r\n

\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n \r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n My boyfriend got a beagle puppy from a breeder (AKC registered) in Sacramento CA.
\r\nWhen he brought "Bubba" home he would play with him but at times "Bubba" would
\r\nget aggressive with my boyfriend. He has gotten aggressive with me as well and with
\r\nme not knowing this breed\'s temper I do not know what to do. We show and breed
\r\nBernese Mountain Dogs so the tempers are WAYYYY different. I have tried every
\r\ntrick I know in the book for my breed and none are working. Bubba will show teeth
\r\nand growl at you and will act like he is going to attack you.
\r\n
\r\nWhat can we do to get "Bubba" to stop doing this?
\r\nI also have a 6yr old (Nicole) who doesn\'t know how to react to "Bubba" biting him this way.
\r\n
\r\nPlease help!\r\n

    \n
\nWill need a little more information on Bubba.
    \n
\nAre there any other dogs around when Bubba acts aggressive?
    \n
    \nWhere does Bubba sleep?
    \n
    \nWho feeds Bubba?
    \n
    \nIs aggression food related?
    \n
    \nWhat is his age?
    \n
\nWas he like this from the start?
    \n
\nAny thoughts on what may precede an aggressive event?
    \n
\nI am trying to get a general idea of when this aggression may show itself and under what conditions Bubba is calm and happy.
