8 year old female having issues

Her symptoms:
Not eating much but seems to have an appetite (she is still begging when people are eating). She won't eat her regular food. I have bought a new bag thinking something was wrong with the old one. I bought a different brand thinking she was "bored" with her food. All I can get her to eat now is the can stuff which she normally does not get.
Inconsistent Bowels: I thought at first she might be constipated, thought that may be another reason she wasn't eating. But, then she started having loose stools. Nothing bloody or explosive. Then she went back to normal. Now we are back to loose and runny. No signs of any kind of worms at all. Color varies but not bloody looking.
Discharge: She is leaving wet spots behind her and she is constantly cleaning herself. I thought at first she was in heat (which would explain the other symptoms). But, this has been going on for almost a month. She is still having what looks like a vaginal discharge but it is not bloody. It is kind of light brown in color.
She is not as perky as she use to be. But, when we say walk or car ride she is all excited about that like normal. She goes for walks with no problems. But during the day she seems to be kind of listless.
I have checked her teeth, cannot find anything wrong there.
She isn't loosing or gaining weight. She is drinking normally.
She has never had a litter of puppies and no she is not fixed.
This dog belongs to my boyfriend who is only here on the weekends. She has been at my house for almost a year now. I have seen her go through heat before. That is kind of how this started. I thought she was getting better but now I am not sure.
Any advice of what I should be looking for or what I should try next? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You!

It sounds to me like a visit to the vet may be in order. My female had similar symptoms and it turned out to be a bladder infection.
I don't know what to say except that I wish Your baby will be normal as soon as possible. My best wishes always with her. Thanks for sharing your problem with people like us. I will forward this link to some of my doctor friends. Hope you will get answer soon.....
You mentioned that her teeth were fine but what about her gums? Are they pink or are they a gray-ish white? How about the coloring of the inside of her ears and the coloring of her belly? If they are gray-ish white instead of pink she could be anemic. Her lack of appetite and listlesness also point to anemia. She should see a vet as anemia can be treated but left untreated could be fatal. Best wishes and good luck.
