I hope it had a happy ending. I can't read dog in turmoil stories. Watching the Lassie opening theme makes me cry.

Me too Orrymain. I used to cry all the time on Lassie. Just about any animal movie makes me cry. I remember watching Black Beauty.....I cried so bad when I saw that movie!

how can people do that to a helpless PUPPY? i feel bad when i have to tell my dog "no" and hes 5 yrs old. i really hope people who hurt animals get whats coming to them.

One can only hope that casey. I think they do get theirs, sooner or later! So difficult to even fathom how someone can be so cruel.

Hi there,

I already posted in another thread, but I am fostering a former lab beagle. She is so sweet and it's great to see her adjusting to life outside the hospital lab. Everything is new to her and she's loving exploring everything So, sometimes there are happy endings. I just hope a great family can adopt her :]
