Anyone have any experience with Unimilk puppy milk replacer or can help with diluting

I have a 2 week old puppy that the mom quit feeding. My local pet store recommended Unimilk by MannaPro. So I purchased it and have been using it 2 days. However, I am seeing some milk curds in the feces and I believe the replacer is too rich based on the instructions which is to mix 2 scoops (equivalent of 2 oz) to one cup of warm water. Has anyone ever used this replacer or have any suggestions on how to dilute it while ensuring the puppy is still receiving the proper nutrition?
