Your Beagle puppy will certainly have a huge appetite so you have to be careful about what food and how much you can give to avoid overeating.

A beagle puppy needs high quality dry food. Table scraps are certainly a no-no. Dry food is good while their teeth are still developing. It also prevent dental carries.

An expensive brand of dog food does not necessarily mean that it is the best, you have to read the fine lines and see for yourself. There are less expensive dog food out there which can still provide the nutrients needed for your growing puppy.

Have you noticed that after eating grass a dog throws up? This may be an innate instinct to self-medicate in an effort to get rid of harmful or undesirable substances present in the esophagus or the stomach.
