I know its not too busy board but would like to ask any tips from people here.
We will have a 6hours car ride south before the new year for a family reunion and it will be our Wish's first long trip. He's fine with short trip, longest is about an hour but we would like to prepare him and keep him safe for long trip. What kind of harness or seat do you use for your beagle? So far this harness we saw at http://www.petstreetmall.com (see attached) seemed good one since he likes to watch outside but we are worried for motion sickness and we will have few stops to relax everyone. He will children and some doggies there and I'm sure he will love this short vacation so don't want to stress him on this long journey. Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

My husband actually made a harness clip from rope. he fed it thru the seat/trunk and added a clip on the end. They do make ones in the store that clip right into the seatbelt, that might work well for you. It long enough for her to move about a bit and to lay down but keeps her safely in the back.
