I am new and would like help with the diluting and dosing part ? My dogs are small and do not want to over dose .Thanks for help

Hi ,
I have 1 beagle ,2 labs,4 yorkiePoo ,no they have never been on heart worm meds but we live on a 40 acre hobby farm out in UpperPenisula and heart worm wasnt a big deal
till recently around here.My vet (who recently died) did use ivermic in my dogs ears for ear mites ( now I wish I would of asked him about heartworm and dose for the ear mites.
He used it straight out of the bottle.Any help would be great !
