If you have a dog park or a beagle club near give her lots of exposure . It could help .

Hi there,
My boyfriend and I adopted a 2.5 year old female Beagle from a local SPCA about 10 weeks ago. She came to us malnourished, having just had a litter of pups and been separated from them. Initially, Lucy (our little sweet Beagle) was very timind, hid under tables, etc....and now she prefers cuddling with us on the couch. She does not bark nor does she howl. She is so timid of sudden movements and scares easily with noises. Any suggestions or thoughts out there???
