..to this forum - not to Beagles! Currently have one ( my 8 yr old female Jodie ) and am looking to hopefully adopt a rescue Beagle ( between 1.5 > 4 yrs spayed female ) to replace the 11 yr old I lost last December to cancer.

Location : NW WA ( Bellingham )

Although Jodie is perfectly happy being spoiled beyond belief, shes always had a sister to help give me even more gray hair :)So -if anyone knows of any healthy rescue Beagles in my area, drop me a note!

Thanks!

Phil Kelly ,
Welcome to Beagles Unliminited.
Try calling up some rescue groups in your area , also , Beagle hunting/training clubs and just ask for information on your search.

You could also try calling a few Vets in your area as it is very possible they may have some helpful information
.
Don't forget the news paper , often folks for many reasons just have to give up a pet and you may just luck up and find your Beag.

Try this link Seattle Beagle Rescue : http://www.beaglerescue.org/

Good Luck , oldhounddog
