I've only just come across this forum so I'm a bit late with a reply, but I know the Beagle Club of QLD runs occasional beagle outings. There might be a beagle club in your area which has something similar? I have no idea how you would find someone but I know a few private properties in QLD which have rabbits breeding- maybe you could find a forum somewhere where a farmer might let you onto their property? I took my beagles to one and they had a really good sniff around but didn't find much.
