Hello I was told that beagles are really gentle and that they love kids. I got my beagle from a friend who couldn't take care of him anymore. His name is Lucas but I call him lucky. he has a couple of problems the first one is with chicken bones. and ever since he got bit by another dog he has become afraid of other dogs.

You should never feed a dog chicken bones, they can break easily and get stuck in their throats or puncture organs. It is not good to feed a dog any people food.

I don't give him chicken bones he finds them outside and once he has them in his mouth he doesn't let go of them. unfortunetly my building can't always get them all.

Welcome mapleleafs! We have chicken bones around our area as well. I often have to pry them out of Badgers mouth, I see rib bones along the side of the road too, and Badger finds those too. They give go after anything they can get their paws on!
