Thank you for giving her a home! I have had two very spooky dogs. The first was my greyhound Jake who no one wanted to adopted because he was so abused and scared. Then we got Molly, our beagle, who was caught running in the streets. Both Jake and Molly feared pretty much everything but wanted to be part of the family. Time does really help and she will start to trust you. She might pick one family member latch onto. Molly and Jake were more comfortable with me than with my husband and other men. She might like some soft squeaky stuffed toys to play with. Training sessions are great too, one on one with yummy little treats.
