I just rescued a beagle that i was told is a transfer from Tenn. he has a crusafix tattoed on his lower belly area any ideas. Many people are trying to tell me the vet does this when they fix him but he was just fixed friday at the shelter where i got him.
My beagle Molly has a similar tattoo on her belly that has something to do with spaying. A breeder might have marked the litter that your beagle came from.
