My poor female beagle, I noticed the bums on her outside vulva, when cleaning; background info about 2 years old. She is off her heat around 2 weeks ago. This is her second heat cycle, she currently has little discharge. I don't know what to do, need help from the community thanks a lot for any input. Greatly appreciated.

I would say take her to the vet, it has to be uncomfortable and could be infected.
